Stouff

The history of Stouff actually has much deeper and older roots, as Philippe Stouff was the co-founder of Savam, another big name in French road haulage, founded ten years earlier, in 1962, in Soissons dans l'Aisne, and probably the first company specialized in the transport of large volume goods, equipped with tractors (first) and trucks (then) with high load capacity. Savam sailed in more or less happy waters until the end of the eighties, boasting a fleet of 633 units and a staff of 680 employees and with a turnover of around 500 million French francs.
